Have been using this shop regularly since moving to this area 6 months ago. Staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. Food is very good and often cooked to order if needed. I have also tried their lunch time specials on a few occasions and they’re great value for money too.

Best fish and chips in Waterlooville in my opinion. Cooked to order and free condiments. Visited 9/9/23.... and I've never had a bad word to say until now! Smallest fish ive ever had and the staff were so miserable! Very poor customer service. If they hate the job, find another one... chips were good and place is immaculate.
